Quick 5 breakfast recipes for Bachelors

Why skip the breakfast of the day when there are easy quick recipes to prepare ?

1. Mix Fruit Bowl

  • Chop all the available fruits (You may take apple, banana, watermelon, orange,papaya etc.)

  • Mix them in bowl. Depending on your taste you can add sugar/honey or lemon.

2. Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 Sweet potatoes , boiled, peeled and cut into cubes

  • 1 Onion , finely chopped

  • 2 Green Chillies , finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

  • 3 sprig Coriander leaves (Dhania) , finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder

Instructions:

Stuff the above ingredients into the bread slices. You can also add cheese/green chutney. Enjoy this healthy breakfast full of nutrients

3. Rava Upma

Take some chopped onions, tomato, carrot (optional), peas(optional) and green chili.

Fry for 2-3 mins and then add half bowl rava to it. Roast 2 minutes and add some water. Cook for next five minutes and serve.

Take Wash and Soak some whole grain (chana, moong, matki) overnight. Remove the water next day and wrap them in a cotton cloth. Next morning add some chopped onions, tomato, lemon or chat masaala to the sprouts and serve.
